Backyard Garden Cottage w/ Hot Tub

Small cottage great for single or couples (12'x16' inclusive). Everything you need to enjoy your time in Marin County, including a pond right outside your door. Located near wine country and San Francisco.

Our guest house will be yours exclusively during your stay.

ID verification, rental agreement, and deposit required ($200). Pet(max 1) must be disclosed and approved in advance, non-refundable $50 deposit, fee of $15/day, and separate Pet agreement required. This space is very compact and efficient. You can enjoy inside or sit outside in the garden. Small closet, bathroom, queen size Murphy bed, kitchenette; microwave, refrigerator/ freezer, kurig machine, toaster, induction hot plate, hot water kettle, grilling tools. The grill is propane and has a side burner.

Great launching point to: - Napa & Sonoma Wine Country, - Sonoma Raceway (about 10 mins), - San Francisco - Giant Redwoods and beaches.

There is off street parking for one car (no street parking allowed for short-term rentals per city ordinance), hot tub, bbq grill, digital tv, internet, heating and air conditioning. Only two guests maximum (infants not included). There is only one queen sized bed, and no room for another bed or cot. Please adhere to safety rules of the Murphy bed, detailed in "house rules". I do have a Graco Pack 'n Play that will fit if the chair is removed. Please request this in advance if needed.

We live in a typical 50's/60's construction Northern California neighborhood with lots of trees, older homes, people walking their dogs, very close to shopping.
